imx: spl: enable CONFIG_SPL_WATCHDOG_SUPPORT 

This commit 4bdcbe60a1 removes reset_cpu
which breaks SPL build when DEBUG macro defined.

Enable CONFIG_SPL_WATCHDOG_SUPPORT to fix this issue.
